Helping you select and adjusting the fit of your glasses is a very important part of what we do. We carry about 800 fashion, designer, sports, and safety frames in our optical dispensary. There are many designer and name brands you will recognize like Gucci, Versace, Tommy Hilfiger, OP, IZOD, Nine West, and even Ray-Ban sunglasses! We know that fashion, durability and value are important to our patients, so we take great pains to help you find the glasses that will work best for your lifestyle and make you feel great! Our Optician takes specific measurements at the time you order your glasses and lenses, to make sure that your vision will be clear when you receive them. When your glasses arrive from the manufacturer, we double check the prescription for accuracy, and then we take all the time you need to adjust them for your comfort. Adjustments of any glasses purchases with us are always free, and we offer warrantees on all of our frames and lenses.

repair and replacement of damaged or lost eyewear
*one hour service in many cases
OUR OPTICAL POLICIES AND WARRANTIES
1.\tShould your frame break within one year of purchase, we will replace it one time for the identical frame. If the same frame is no longer being made, you may choose a frame of equal value to exchange at no extra cost. Should your lenses scratch or break under usual wear, and a scratch resistant coating has been purchased, we will replace your lenses one time with the identical prescription within one year of your original purchase. If you purchased an anti-reflective coating, we will replace those lenses for two years unlimited. These warranties are for breakage only and do not cover loss or theft.
2.\tIf for any reason you are unable to adjust to your progressive lenses, we will remake them into lined bifocal, trifocal, or single vision lenses at no extra cost, within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be given for non-adaptation to progressive lenses.
3.\tAll eyewear purchased will be held for 30 days from the day you were contacted by phone for the first time, notifying you that your glasses are ready for pick-up. At 31 days, your eyewear will be returned to stock or if your personal frame has been used, it will be donated to a charity and all money paid will be non-refundable.
4.\tIf you are unsatisfied with you frame selection and wish to change it, the optical staff will gladly arrange a private exchange transaction between you and the optical, excluding your insurance if any is involved, within 30 days of the original purchase. If you find your eyeglass lenses to be unsuitable, our staff will gladly file the prior authorization form with your insurance (if required) for a lens change within 30 days of the original purchase, which usually consists of an even exchange of product. Any addition co-pay and add-on fees which may exist and will be due at the time of exchange ordering and are non-refundable. This is a one time service that we provide and we are by no means obligated by the insurance company to return any fees paid.
5.\tAll eyeglass orders must be taken and dispensed in the Santa Fe office for proper measurements and fitting.
6.\tAll fees are due, in full, at the time of ordering. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and most insurance. In the case that you have an unusual insurance plan that we do not deal with, we will assist you in filing your paper claim.
We have an ?in-house? eyeglass lens cutting laboratory, and a large stock of prescription lenses. This means we can often make simple prescriptions while you wait or with-in a few hours, depending upon schedules. If you break you glasses, we are usually able to do emergency repairs on a walk-in basis. Don?t hesitate to call us, because we have often gone to remarkable lengths to help a patient in an emergency.
